I'm building a new gaming PC with a $1,300-$1,500 budget in November in anticipation of Battlefield 3 and Diablo 3. I know that 8 months with regards to computer hardware is a lifetime, but I'm going to follow the industry and update my Newegg cart accordingly as new products come out
I know my build is far away, but what can I look forward to from now until then as far as how my components are going to change..be it price or models. My guesses are:
1. Perhaps a lower $/GB on SSD's?
2. Sandy's successor?
3. Newer GTX's?
4. Ram should be about the same I'd imagine.
5. Cases...I presume the Coolermaster HAF will be where I go unless something changes.
6. Lower prices on LCDs? Looking for 23-27"
Anyway, it's fun to speculate! Plus I need something to hold me over until then, haha. Any thoughts are welcome!
Thanks
