Breakdown in Indian Rupees is down here, all parts are clickable links to respective sites I mentioned above:

Noctua Nh-D15 SE-AM4 = 7,000
ASUS ROG STRIX Vega 56 = 24,000
MSI Gaming Pro Carbon AC = 13,000 (see note down)
Crucial MX500 512 GB M.2 SSD = 5,500
Gskill TridentZ RGB (2x8GB) 3000MHz = 10,000
Samsung 27" Monitor, Curved Bezel Less = 18,000
APC UPS BR-1000G = 10,000
Corsair CX850M 80+ Bronze = 9,000
HP External DVD Writer = 1,500
CoolerMaster H500 = 9,000

Total = 139,000

NOTE: MSI has BIOS update for Ryzen 3 series on their site (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC). This Motherboard has BIOS flash utility and hence I can update it with a USB drive without putting on a CPU.

I have that exact graphics card. It says on the box requires 750W PSU. It seems it pulls alot of power for a brief time sometimes. It has tripped the OCP on my 660W PSU a couple of times.

Oh.. I can get 750W PSU. But then 600W UPS and 750W SMPS will not a nonsensical thing to do?

It doesn't really matter if the power goes out when your gaming I guess compared to working and you won't pull half as much power when working so should be fine.

I am thinking of replacing 3700X with 3600X because it has 200 extra Mhz of raw power (3.8 GHz vs 3.6 of 3700X) and it also has higher TDP which may lead to better PBO and auto-OCing that X in 3600X stands for. Correct me if I am wrong, I think those 2 are better bargain than 2 extra cores.

The only reason for 3600x over 3700x is cost savings. The frequency you quote is base frequency, all the chips have a variable boost frequency based on cooling and load. This boost frequency seems to be in the 4 - 4.25 Ghz range.

In that case I better get 3800X, price difference is not much, at least in India.

I have one rule I learned from UNIX hackers: never buy the latest and greatest, always look seriously one level below and if you have less budget then two levels below. That is because latest and greatest are always highly priced and never a VFM thing. So, latest and greatest are 3900X and 5700 XT and one level below are 3800X and 5700. Two levels below are 3700X and RX Vega 64. For anyone considering 3800X, this video review by GamesNexus will convince you to buy 3700X instead (or even 3600):

According to the pricing by first week of August, I will order either one of Vega or 5700. So far, Vega 56 wins the battle in pricing.

The 5700 XT gives alot more performance for an extra $50. For the Ryzen 3 I think either the 3600 or the 3900x make the most sense compared to the rest of the line up
