First of all, I'd like to thank all of you who posted to my other thread "Killing noise levels."

Reading through other posts of this forums, I concluded that spending $200 (Canadian) on a power supply, CPU fan and HD silencer from quietpc.com seems to be the best way to go. (according to their "26 dBA or lower" claims)

Now my question is... should I get a generic 17" case? Or a Fong-Kai 603? Now that I decided to spend some big bucks just to lower the noise level of my computer, I thought I'd also get a nice quiet case with some nice cooling systems. Is the Fong-Kai case worth it, since virtually all the noisiest components should be (or at least supposed to be) quiet? The only trouble about Fong-Kai case is that I can only order them online, since nobody carries it in my area. So the shipping cost is outrageous, since it is quite heavy.

Any ways, if you have any opinions about the quiet PC products or regarding my decision of getting a Fong-Kai case, let me know.

I'll also appreciate if any of you share your experiences with killing computer noise levels.

FYI, I'm planning to add a MSI motherboard with Duron 750. Overclocking is NOT an issue with me, so I don't really care as long as the CPU is cool enough not to overheat.
