Building myself a Pentium 4 System...here are the Specs as to date:

Asus P4S333(going to flash BIOS to be P4S533)
Crucial 512mb 184 pin DIMM DDR PC2100
Intel Pentium 4 1.8ghz Chip

Now my question is, Do I need a 400 Watt Power Supply for this monster? I've heard talk on these and other boards of this thing sucking down some serious ampage. Im deciding on a GeForce 4 4600 card as we speak. Could I get a recommendation on a Case/Powersupply combo for this?

Thanks in Advance.

If you have at least a 300 watt P4 approved ps, try it first. You can always upgrade to 350 or 400 watt later. Lots of good cases new and refurbished at newegg.com. I had a maxtop 350 watt (about $47 with 3 fans standard), but switched to an old desktop design for quieter running.

Whatever wattage PSU you buy, make sure its a good brand like Antec or maybe Enermax. I've heard a good quality PSU will do better than an off-brand PSU at a higher wattage (within reason, of course).
