I'm trying to build a pc.. that will run WINDOWS XP smoothly... but has to be cost efficient!... I don't mind athalons... but prefer P4 chips. If anyone happen to stumble upon a great deal on any parts I should be looking for... PLEASE DROP A NOTE! thanks!
