Building new system...which RAM??

Hey guys

I'm building a new system. Specs are probably going to be Epox 9NA3P, X2 4400+, Radeon x1900XT, and one of these RAM module sets:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145486

CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory - Retail

On sale ONE DAY at Newegg for $179 shipped. Very nice deal from what I can see.

And the other:

http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=80097-55&ps=ho1

Corsair TWINX2048-3200C2PT 2GB Kit DDR400 XMS3200 Memory w/Platinum Heat Spreader Retail......$195 shipped at ZZF, with $40 mail-in rebate (final total: $155)

So my question is, which would you go for? Or are there any other 2Gb sets out there that are much better that I'm missing? I can't go over $200 for a set.

Would love to hear some feedback and input! Thanks guys!

While I respect Epox motherboards, their support documentation is less than average. In the past I learned a lesson about making sure the particular ram is compatible and has been tested with your configuration. <fwiw>

I've owned 2 Epox motherboards in the past and had great experiences, although you're right, the documentation is not the best...but then again...thats not uncommon unfortunately. :-

Still...is one of those types of RAM really preferable over the other?

Thanks again!
