Building new system...need suggestions.

Ok, first off, I have been outta the loop as far as hardware goes for about a year or so now. That's why i'm posting this question here. Hopefully some of you can please give me the heads up on the new hardware. I am planning on building a new computer for my brother and don't really know what the best bang for my buck stuff is anymore. I'm lookin to spend about 800 bucks give or take. I need everything except software. Preferably something with a little O/Cing involved? AMD of course. Anyways, like I said, any help would be greatly appreciated. Mainly i'm trying to get an idea of the best MOBO/RAM/CPU for my hard earned dollars. Thanks again.
