Building new rig. Need advice

I'm trying to build a new gaming rig and need some advice on a few things.

Processor: I'm thinking of getting a Q6600. Is it worth it to get a quad core, or should I just get a dual core?
Motherboard: I have no idea what the good mobos are out right now. I might overclock a little. Not looking to spend really more than $150 on this.
Heatsink: Again, I might OC, so just a fairly cheap and reliable heatsink would be good.
Case: My current case is tiny. I want something pretty big that I won't dread having to work inside. I was thinking something along the lines of an Antec 900 or P180.
Video Card: I figure I'll probably get an 8800GT, but I won't be building this for at least another month. Is it worth waiting for anything from AMD?

Also, my current PSU is a 520w OCZ modstream. Would that be sufficient?

If you're not going to build for a month, you may as well wait until January when Intel's Wolfdale and Yorkfield (that is, 45 nm process CPUs) will be released and reevaluate then. In addition, it's possible that NVIDIA's new iteration of their 8800GTs will be released by that time.

Since you're not building yet, repost in a month or so to get opinions on your build. Whether or not you should go quad core depends on how long you intend to keep the computer. If you build systems to last 4-5 years, then quad core might be worth it. Otherwise, if you're just gaming for 2 years or so before you rebuild, go dual core.
