Building new rig for 2002- Whats the best dual athlon mobo+cpu+memory+cooler solution?

well its 2002 and I promised myself a new rig in January. So Im about to build a new one based around a dual athlon mobo + xp cpus (if possible). What mobo, cpu, coolers and memory do you guys reccomend? I appreciate your thoughts.

For dual Athlons, I recommend the ASUS A7M266-D.
