First, I was just wondering if someone can check if all this is compatible with each other or if I will have any issues putting it all together. Second I realize that the stock psu on the case blows... So I need to get a new one. I am currently not going to take advantage of Sli considering after I buy this I will be broke. So I am looking for a sufficient power supply that is reliable and cheap and does not have to have dual pci-express, I am thinking if I wait two years the 7800gt will be mad cheap along with a dual pci-express psu. I appreciate your help.

Yo Asish,

I adhere to my beleif that SLI is a useless "upgrade path for the future." Sure, if you're SLIng NOW, go for it, but don't bother preparing your rig to be dual VGA in the future.
2 years? By then there'll be a 10,800GTX (or similar), and 2 7800GTXs will seem rather weak in comparison. Imagine 2 geforce4's in SLI ... against a 7800GTX.

Ah well, whatever floats your boat:
OCZ Modstream 520W
Fortron Bluestorm 500W

Should be plenty to power that 3800+ and the 7800GTX, with the edge given to the Fortron when overclocking for holding more stable rails.

Other than that, your parts look pretty good...just the RAM is a bit overkill. See the sticky on top of the CPUs/Processors/Overclocking section for an explanation on why expensive RAM is probably not the best way to spend your cash on.

Nivida reccomends a 350 watt power supply with 22 amps on the 12 rail for the GTX! I would assume that it would be enough for the GT.
