Building new pc amd 64x2- 4200 or 4400

I am building a new pc.
Asus A8N-SLI Premium NForce4
OCZ Platinum Rev 2 2 pcs 512 MB DDR400 3200
EVGA Geforce 7800GT CO
Hiper Type R 580W Modular Power Supply

Trying to decide between amd 4200 64 x2 or the 4400 64x2.
It looks to me that the 4200 would be the better deal considering price against performance. Any help would be appreciated.
I will be reusing my drives and case from current pc
I am mainly into flight simulators for gaming

whatever you can get a good deal. Newer games like FEAR put the cache to better use.

better be religious cuz...i just installed a 3800+ x-2 about 5 min ago..and that heatsink was madness... lol little prayer and it worked just fine but before that...even hercules wouldnt be able to move it.
