1. The PC will be used for gaming and will have a Plex server running in the background almost all the time
2. Budget is Around $725
3. Buying all parts from the USA
4.
5. No brand preference really other than an intel cpu
6. I have already bought the GTX 1060
7. No overclocking
8. 1080p
9. Hoping to build in a day or two just making sure there is not anything we should switch out
10. Dont need any software

This is my first build and would appreciate any advice.

You will still need a copy of Windows, unless you are gaming on Linux like me. Since you are planning on running a Plex server in the background, I'll advise you to up the memory from 8 to 16. I also recommend getting a 1 or 2 TB HDD as well. Games do take a lot of space.

The plex sever can be run on a laptop if it's not to old. Don't get an H110 board!! Get B150 at the least, H170 preferable if not OCing.
