Hey guys, I'm finally upgrading my old gaming rig after 4 years. I've set a budget of about 1200 to 1400. I plan on using it for hardcore gaming, video editing and web development. I will be ordering my parts from Newegg. I don't plan on overclocking and I would like to build it asap.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 Conroe 3.0GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80557E6850
Motherboard:
ASUS P5K SE LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard
Video Card:
MSI NX8800GT 512M OC GeForce 8800 GT 512MB
Power Supply:
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
RAM:
CORSAIR XMS2 DHX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2
Case:
RAIDMAX Sagitta 2 ATX-928WB Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Hard Drive:
Western Digital Caviar GP WD10EACS 1TB 5400 to 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
Heatsink:
XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler
DVD Burner:
ASUS 20X DVD±R DVD Burner with LightScribe Black IDE Model DRW-2014L1
Case Fans (x2):
APEVIA CF12SL-URED 120mm Red LED Case Fan
OS:
I plan on installing Win XP Pro (maybe Vista later on but not guaranteed)
I was just wondering if this seems like a good build and if it looks like everything will be compatible. I appreciate the help. Thanks
