Building my first system!

Okay I am building my own system. I have a duron 600 cpu and 128 megs of ram from the Office Max deal last week. I'm gonna take the 3.5 and my H.D from my old system.So all I need is a motherboard and case w/power suply. Anyone know of a good place to get one?

Don't you need sound, video, network/modem?...unless you're going to use an integrated board...yuck...
