Building my first computer

I have a Dimension 2400 at the moment whose video card recently was fried due to a surge in my house. I am hoping to use several of its parts in the new PC I am going to build.

CPU and Motherboard
I really would love to use my current P4 2.8ghz Socket 478 Northwood CPU in a new motherboard that also has PCIe. I found the ASRock P4VM890 at newegg, but the reviews aren't amazing.

So let me know whatyou think. If this isnt possible, I suppose I could buy a new CPU that is comparable to this one, but I really dont want to spend too much money. I hope that the mobo is in the $50-70 range and if I need a new CPU, $60-70ish range.

Memory
At the moment I have 2x512mb DDR that I would love to use, but this isnt a priority at the moment and I am flexible with this. Obviously something with 4xDDR slots would be awesome, but I dont expect that.

Graphics Card
I really just want something that will give me great picture in video games but it does not need to be the best of the best. I want something that would hopefully run something like WoW at full settings with good FPS. I hope to keep this sub-$100.

I also would hope for IDE compatibility for two DVDWR and CDWR I have and a 200gb hardrive. Thanks for the help

I think your being a bit optimistic about the graphics card.

However, I would suggest to you that you don't invest money in a dying platform. Get a cheap AM2 rig when you can afford it so you won't be shelling out more money for DDR2 and P4 motherboards.
