Would I be able to mount the engine on some nice looking board and have it lifted up like in that V8 video you posted? I think it would be neat to have that running in itself although it seems like it wouldn't have any real use once it's done being built...

I thought that people that built those mini engines did them from scratch with a machine shop. THere was a guy who built a viper v-10 and that I think was from scratch.

It isnt the type of thing you can be a little into. You better know a lot about engines before undertaking a project like this.

Look at the pictures again. They are non working model engines. All show and no go.
