Building machine tonight...advice wanted!

So, I'm going to build my machine tonight or tomorrow. Parts are as follows...

P5B Dlx
E6600
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
TT Big Typhoon + AS5

What I want to know is what kind of overclocking I should attempt and how to go about it. If anyone could point me to some guides or other threads that would be helpful.
