Building HTPC, looking for opinions.

Case:
Antec NSK2400 w/ 380 Watt PSU

Video Card/Tv Tuner:
ATI All In Wonder X1900 PCIE

Processor:
Definately one of the Pentium D's 8xx or 9xx that are being discounted soon, suggestions please.

Motherboard:
With the case it needs to be Micro-ATX, looking for suggestions, maybe...
Asus P5LD2-VM Socket 775 P4

Memory:
No Idea...cheap stuff, good stuff does it make a difference anymore?

Hard Drive:
A raptor for a boot drive possibly? To loud? Suggestions.
A huge Seagate for video storage. 300-400gb.

Soundcard:
Not a fan of Creative.
Possibly an M-Audio product or the Onkyo SE-150

Monitor:
Dell 2405FPW
I assume this is still one of the best?
