Building HTPC
I have choices between this motherboards:

Gigabyte GA-M55plus-S3G Nvidia 6100 & 430

Gigabyte GA-M51GM-S2G Nvidia 6100 & 430

BIOSTAR TForce 6100 AM2 Nvidia 6100 & 410

ASUS M2NPV-VM Nvidia 6150 & 430

it will be paired with A64 3500+ and 1GB DDR2 800

Asus A8N-VM CSM has DVI output going for it while the Foxconn (6150K8MA-8EKRS) has enough voltage settings to satisfy the typical overclockers. Gigabyte's (GA-K8N51PVMT-9) component video output would keep most HTPC users content.

MSI has just released a socket AM2 version of this mobo.

Blain: mobos you chose are socket 939, I'm searching AM2
mshan: the MSI mobo doesn't have any vcore or vdimm change!

I think I'll stick with the
Gigabyte GA-M55plus-S3G Nvidia 6100 & 430 , I heard good things about it and good overclocking options in the bios
