Yes, that's sick, if you're spending that much you may as well go ahead and get 2*1GB of RAM.

Edit - oh yeh, why that mobo? Figure you'll either be wanting the ASUS A8N32 or the DFI Lanparty-Expert.

Mobo choice Anandtech claims it to be an enthusiasts overclocker to 315mhz, and I might add a crossfire board in a few months.

Substituting this TT BigWater SEhttp://www.xoxide.com/tt-bigwater-kit.html for the CPU cooler.
I hope I can fit radiate in the case right behind the exaust fan.
What do you think about it?

Stick with panaflo or yate loon or nexus fans, the silenx fans do suck, there was some hubbub about the manufacturers going on forums and praising their own product. Panaflo 80mm L1a will be much more quiet than the silenx fans. Stick with yate loon or nexus for the 120mm fans.
