Building first PC - how does this sound?

Going to buy unless someone convinces me otherwise:
Intel Pentium 4 1.8A
Abit TH7 II-RAID mobo
Need to buy 512MB RDRAM, not sure what manufacturer
Antec Performance Plus 800 series case

Already have:
Western Digital 120GB HD
32x10x40x CD-RW
17"Samsung monitor
Windows XP Pro

I would like to overclock this PC somewhat.
Don't really want to get into the XP/P4 debate.
Is the retail HSF and Antec case cooling sufficient?
Is there a better mobo I should consider?
Money isn't that much of an issue, but I don't want to spend it unneccessarily

Get the samsung 800 rdram at 5 or 6 ns. Newegg had the ati radeon 8500 oem (may be in refurbished section) for only $118 and the 7500 (which I use) down to $59, but they may be sold out.
