Building Custom Desk looking a bracket

Looking for a bracket that slides out and rotates here's a drawing of what i am looking at doing.

Your schematic gave me a headache 😀

Here are a boatload of undermount drawer slides, some full extension at 30 inches with 125 lb load capacity. Not sure if you can purchase 'singles'.

This lazy susan has a stop - not sure if it is what you are looking for. I've got a couple that look like pancakes on top of one another but the stop is not integrated in the unit. I just glued on a couple wooden 'stop-blocks' which did the trick ...

it's a lot easier to page through their catalog, the website kind of sucks

their stuff varies from more expensive to cheaper than other sites

Looks awful flimsey. I think it needs supports on the front on the inside. Otherwise the span is too long and it will flex. If you make it all one piece, it may also be hard to move if you ever have to move it.
