Building computer heart aches... shorts, keeps powerin up....

i have built a computer, at first we couldn't get the thing to boot up, so put plastic spacers in between mobo & case, and it booted

now it restarts when i power down...? keeps powering up i blew 4 hours.... sad, buy pre-built....

any thoughts?

Take it out of the case and boot and mess around. See you can reproduce anything. You should not have to use any plastic spacers at all.
