All products from www.newegg.com:

$42 EVERCASE 300W ATX MID Tower Case
$56 ECS K7S5A SiS735 SOCKET A MOTHERBOARD On-Board LAN Port and Sound
$52 AMD DURON 1.0 GHZ SOCKET A PGA PROCESSOR
$72 OCZ DDR RAM 256MB PC-2400
$69 WESTERN DIGITAL IDE HARD DRIVE 20GB 7200RPM MODEL
$28 SONY 52X MAX IDE CD-ROM
$9 MITSUMI 1.44MB Floppy
$47 ATI OEM RADEON 7000 64MB SDRAM

Total: $375 before taxes and shipping

Evercase is a good case for $42. ECS is still the board to get for bargain PCs, plus it has onboard LAN and audio. Memory is upto you, I would suggest you go with 256mb, but you can save a few bucks and get 128mb if you wish. I choose the ATI Radeon 7000 because it is a very decent price, and performs quite well. Enjoy!

K i think i will go with the radeon and im questionable about the motherboard, i have heard nothing but good stuff about the shuttle and havent heard to much about the ECS. Are the 2 boards comparable in performance/stability?

I would have no problems recommeding the Shuttle board, but because you are on a tight budget, the ECS is a few bucks cheaper. The ECS is a good board, and if you want to save a few bucks, the ECS is a good choice. The Shuttle board is good as well, so it is really up to you. The ECS board does have onboard LAN, so that's another few bucks you won't have to spend.
