building budget celery rig for mom, need help with mobo

im trying to build a celeron system for my mom, want the cheapest stuff i can find. would prefer if the sound and video is onboard. any ideas for mobos and where to get em? i dont know jack bout celerons, but my mom insists it be a celeron.

You might want to consider to get mom an Intel i810/i810e for a cheap mobo with integrated video and audio.

Tekram has an i810 board for $35 and I think the shipping is pretty cheap.

Just keep in mind that it won't take a Celeron II, just the original ones up to 533.
