Building an "Internet Appliance"

I am going to build a computer for my home network. This computer will strictly be used for internet surfing. What's a good inexpensive board to purcahse that I can load up on RAM, and is PC133 ram suitable for a computer used only for surfing?

PC133 is almost overkill for that. I'd get a cheap duron (1ghz) with an ECS motherboard and a 20GB 5400 RPM HD.

MSI 745 Ultra
Xp1600+
256PC2100 DDR (I would not buy PC133 anymore)
Radeon 7500 (or 7200)

I'd get this for what you are looking for:

ECS K7S5A - $57 new
Duron 950 - $41 new
Micron CAS3 PC133 256MB - $32 new

That would suit your needs just fine. on Another note you can also get:

Duron 1.1 - $2 more than 950, yes, two.
256MB 2100 DDR - $39 more than pc133.

What would be a really cheap case and HD to put on this system? I already have a floppy and NIC card.
