Building an HTPC w/ Conroe. What HSF, PSU and PVR?

I got the Conroe E6400 for this system and was thinking I'd pair it with an ASUS P5N32-SLI Deluxe SE mainboard. I don't really plan on using SLI but I like the features of this board - especially the fanless design- and there's really not many alternatives out there right now.

I was thinking about leaving the stock fan on the CPU (First time I'd ever do that) since the conroe runs so cool but the only thing I'd be worried about is noise... are there any complaints about how noisy the stock fan is? I would buy a Zalman cpu cooler even if ti doesnt do much additional cooling but does make it quieter...

As for PSU, I was looking at the Seasonics, but would a 430W mode do? I didn't think I'd need an SLI certified model (the 500 or 600 watt ones) since I won't actually be putting my board in SLI mode... right?

And case, I really love the Zalman HD160 but the price is steep. Unless there's a case out there with similar features for less I think I'll have to shell out for this one...

Finally, what PVR would you suggest? I'm thinking the tried-and-true Hauppage pvr-500, so i can either watch live tv while recording something or so i can use multiple sources. But pvr-500 is kinda old, is there something new with better quality?

Check www.silentPCReview.com for quiet and AVSForum.com for the PVR hardware. PCAlchemy.com is a good source of software and parts that Newegg doesn't stock, along with EndPCNoise.com for quiet parts.

Antec Solo (P150 without PSU) has hard drive suspension cables included. NSK2400 is a very quiet desktop case if you want to put in in an AV rack. Reviews of both at SilentPCReview.
