Building a used system, which motherboard should I use? GA-7VTX or GA-7DX+

I?m going to be building myself a new workstation out of some spare parts lying around here. I?ve got an Athlon 1200, 512MB Crucial Reg. ECC PC2100 RAM, ATI Radeon 7500 64MB, IBM 60GXP 40GB, Enermax 350w P/S, and a couple Giga-Byte motherboards around here. Option A is a GA-7VTX, VIA KT266 chipset, http://www.giga-byte.com/products/7vtx.htm. Option B is a GA-7DX+, AMD 761 chipset, http://www.giga-byte.com/products/7dx+.htm. Which would give me better performance overall? Of course, I may decide to go with Option C: sell both boards on eBay and get a GA-7VRXP, VIA KT333, http://www.giga-byte.com/products/7vrxp.htm!!!!!!! That may be the wisest choice because I would get LAN, faster chipset, USB 2.0, RAID, etc. I don?t have any PC2700 RAM though so my FSB would still be 266MHz. What does everyone think? Which is the best option?
