Building a System with an E6400

Hi Folks,

I am replacing my AMD 3000 system with an Intel-based system and need some advice on a good motherboard. The system will be single-vid card and used for a lot of Office 07 work, some web development (Photoshop), some video work (need Firewire) and some light gaming (WoW). I am looking to spend $100 to $150 or so, and will be starting from scratch with the exception of the SATA hard drive and two PATA opticals. I have a few priorities, namely:
1. Stability & Ease of setup - the Epox board I have now has been rock-solid and a real champ. I am know enough to put it together but not much more so the reliability has been a real benefit.
2. Overclockability - I'd like to try overclocking and am interested in a board that is friendly to fledgeling overclockers.

My only caveat is nothing from MSI, a bad video card experience has sworn me off them forever.

Thanks for any and all advice!

I bought an E6400 and a P5B deluxe Wifi from Compusa on clearance for $370 and I love the combo! I am using 2gb OCZ rev.2 PC6400 and my E6400 is rock stable at 3.4Ghz (425Mhz fsb) @1.4v.
