Building a system around a Socket 939 processor

I have a friend who will be upgrading his processor soon so he is going to give me a good deal on his AMD 64 3000+ 939. I'm starting to look around for a board and I thought I would get some opinions on what would be nice.

I won't be upgrading my video card right now (ATI 9800 PRO) So it needs to have AGP.

I've owned my share of boards. My current system is running on an Asus board but it doesn't have to be them.
