Building a System. $1400

I just need a bit of help here. Also for sake of practicallity, my current build;

CPU: AMD 64 Venice @ 2250Mhz
MoBo: MSI nForce4
RAM: DDR blah blah. 2GB (has kept me from upgradeing for half a year)
PSU: Irrelevent. The thing was suppost to be a good brand with some good amps ect, but the pos 'clicks' in FPS games like WoW and that brings me to my gfx card
GPU: x1900xt

I would like to buy this quarter. (4 months) and would like to know if AMD has an anser to intell yet. If not, Conroe. Also, no ATi again. I tried them and there are several small problems that bug the crap out of me. Like how their AA screws up my UI in wow. Small things like that, yes, but they add up. I cant have AA on in wow becuase of these lil issues. ect ect.

A quick list to get me started thats under 1400 would be great, Thanks!

PS: Remember: "I do NOT need: Monitor. (21" widescreen Samsung <3 cost me 550$) Hard drives. DVD/CD. Case."

PPS: I AM a moderate overclocker. While I wont spend money and effort on liquid cooling or anything like it, I will spent a whole day getting every Mhz out of air cooling.
