Question Building a PC Limited Budget

I currently have 440$ atm but i am willing to go up to 750$ or 650$ more preferred unless there's a significant change in those 100$ im a hardcore gamer i play around 40 hours a week or so sometimes a little less if im busy but i want a good PC build that i can afford that has good graphics fast processor that i won't be glitchy and laggy all the time something worth it and that looks great im new to PC building so if anyone can please help me.

What is the MAX amount you are willing to spend? Do you need a display and KBM? I would wait until AMD's Ryzen 3000 series is out first, unless you need a now system now.
