1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.
-medium amount of photoshop, gaming, internet, I want duel monitors and a connection to my LCD TV, school.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread
-I would like to get everything including two monitors for about $1000-1200.

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
-USA

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc.

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
-nope, starting from scratch except for a DVD-rom and windows XP.

6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.
-Yes, but i need to know if my build is feasible for what i want to do.

7. IF YOU plan on over clocking or run the system at default speeds.
-Default with possible OC later.

8. What resolution YOU plan on gaming with.
-I need a good video card with at least 1G memory to run two monitors (or maybe just one) and steam to the TV sometimes.

9. WHEN do you plan to build it?
-Within a week or two

Also, I plan on running Windows XP until Windows 7 comes out. I want to be starting out with 4-6G of ram with the room to upgrade. I might run two HD (a small fast one for windows and associated programs, another 1T HD to save pics/videos/ect on).

I just ordered a netbook to do the majority of school work and word processing on so this is just a "for fun stuff" build. Thanks in advance for the input. I was referred to this site by my brother who is also on here.

Good motherboard

A 1GB GTS250 for $145 is a bad deal. Either get a 4850 1GB (XFX or Sapphire Vapor X) for $130 and the same performance, or a $145 XFX 4870 1GB for better performance, or a BFG GTX260 for $165 with a $20 MIR also for better performance. All on newegg

That RAM is overpriced and high voltage. Get two of these g.skill sets - http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16820231277 - for $50 less total

The problem with the fujitsu is that it uses a different interface that you only find in servers. Also, that will be WAY too damn loud for a home PC. Also, the 1.5TB you picked has been plagued with horrible reliability. Just buy a single 1TB drive (WD Black, Samsung, Hitachi) for now and maybe buy a second if you fill that one up
 
I believe the 785G mobos are only few dollars more. You really dont need that quad, if I were you I would get AMD 550 Black dual core (check combo deals). CPUs will always get faster and cheaper if your need for speed changes. SSD, WD 1TB Black, G.Skill ram, 4850 or 4870 monitors
 
Dual monitors and an LCD TV connection? Others should correct me if I am wrong, but won't that require three outputs on the card in question? I'm not an expert on multi-monitor configurations.

Let me highly recommend a card with sound over HDMI if you're planing to connect to your television and want to use a sound system with it. Then you get your home theater speakers for sound.

You could save some money without sacrificing much performance by getting a Phenom II X3 720. Very good little processor with three cores to give it better longevity than a dual core but lower cost and lower heat than a quad core.

You're budget is pretty tight right now to get, in addition to what you have listed, keyboard and mouse (~$15), speakers (~$50 if you don't want total crap sound), two monitors (~$250, depending on the sizes), PSU (Good deals on OCZ at newegg right now are $50). Here are some things to save you money if you need to trim: go with a DDR2 mobo and memory, the savings will be about $30. Get an ATI graphics card like yh125d suggested; in fact, do not get nVidia right now unless you travel above the $200 line, ATI just has better price/performance in the reasonably priced sector.
