I'm building a new system with the following components:

Processor: AMD Athlon64 3200+ Skt 939 (Winchester)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra-939
Memory: PDP Systems 1GB PC3200 2-2-2-5 (PDC1G3200+XBLK) or Muskin Hi Perf LII V2 1GB PC3200 (991357)

The remaining parts I already have. I was wondering about compatibility of the motherboard with the memory and also get some of your opinions on the configuration.

Thanks!

Save money on the memory and get Corsair value select at newegg...You can still overclock the crap out of it using a memory divider and it's great bang for the buck memory. I haven't read anything on the gigabyte board...popular boards tend to be the msi neo platinum 2, asus a8v, and the new epox board out - it seems like lots of members on AT have them.

SCRAP THE GIGABYE BOARD,,, GO MSI, ABIT OR ASUS,,,,,MUCH CHEAPER, BETTER PREFORMANCE, AND BETTER SUPPORT/STABILITY
