I'm currently undecided as to go with AMD and overclock or go with a faster (and more expensive) P4, heres what Im thinkin bout:

.Epox 8RDA (not +)
.2100 XP oem
.Micron 512mb pc3200 400MHz DDR
.Geforce 4200 128mb
.Antec SLK3700AMB Case w/ 350w Antec Smart Power
.SLK-800-u heatsink
.2 120mm case fans (one intake, one exhaust) - Not sure what brand... need help on this one

As for a P4 alternative, I was thinking about just getting a cheaper heatsink/case fans, and using that saved money to get a 2.4GHZ P4 with an asus motherboard (but without overclocking). What do you all think?
