I am in the process of building a new system. It will be Duron based, and only used for Internet, and a few other normal tasks, but nothing huge like playing games or CAD or anything. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good motherboard. I am looking to make this a low cost system, so i don't want to spend a lot. I would prefer no onboard sound or video.I doubt i will be overclocking, but you never can tell. It doesn't need to be anything special, just looking for a decent board that won;t cost more then 125 dollars. LMK what you think.

Yep... I think MSI have the upper hand on AMD mainboards at the moment.
The Pro2A is a great KT133 board, though you might want to consider the Pro2 Turbo, which is a KT133A board, therefore it supports the new 266MHz (DDR) Athlons... This would give you a greater amount of forward compatibility.

Insomnium...from the time you posted to now, i think the board jumped 4 bucks. Well, i picked one up anyways because it seems like it is getting rave reviews from everyone. Shipping was a bit steep (9 bucks), but if it gets here in one piece, i guess it's worth it.

Thanks for the post.
