Building a new system this weekend.. how important to start with ATX 2.0 PS?

I want to get the Antec SLK3700 case that comes with a 'regular' ATX PS. Will the mobo come with cables to interface properly with the PS? Do I need to get SATA adaptors as well? I am planning on the following

A64 Venice 3000+
Chaintech VNF4 Ultra mobo
Seagate 120 GB SATA HD
NEC 3520A DVD-R
XFX 6600GT Dual DVI (I have 2x Viewsonic VX715s already, bought from Costco)
Not decided on what ram yet, but 1GB kit of some kind (2x512)

Should I go ahead and get an ATX 2.0 PS, such as the Antec TruePowerII?? Thanks!
