Building a new system. Need advise on what case I should purchase?

How about the Kingwin Mutant X? Or the Pro Source Koala, Luna or Iceberg... But if it was me, I'd stretch the budget and get a Silverstone Berserker.

Personally, I wouldn't use ANY of the power supplies in any of those cases. I'd trust them about as far as they would go down the toilet (in one piece). In my experience, and opinion, any case that you get for under ~$100 that has anything over a 400W PSU you're getting a either a cheaply made case of total POS PSU. If the guy is dead set on having the flash on the case, then tell him he's going to have to spend more to get a quality PSU to replace the crap bag that comes in the ones you listed.
