I just started to narrow down my choices on my hardware and I need your guys expertise and/or criticism. I do only have 1200 to spend, im poor :(.

Mobo: Evga 680i
CPU: Intel 6300 Conroe
Vid: Ati x1950pro (I can get this for under 200 at best buy)
Ram: Corsair xms2 1gx2 pc26400c4
Psu: Ocz Evo 600w/Corsair hx620w
Case: Antec 900 (Getting that also at bb for under 80)
HDrive: WD 160g (Also at bb for under 50)

The sum hit just alittle under 1200 and it seems to be compatible. For the mobo, I was going to go with the asus p5w or the gigbyte 965p ds3. I also want to set my self up to upgrade to a g80 but I realize that I would have to upgrade my system to accommodate the power of the g80's. If there's anything that I seem to be missing let me know. Thanks

Going to OC?

Going to actually run SLI?

Why would the DS3 and P5W not be enough to run a G80? I dont get it. maybe I read it wrong

Yes

Sli? No, is there even a point to?

About the mobo's I was saying I was going to go with them but the evga supports quad from what it states. I do see that alot of pc enthusiasts use the gigabyte and the p5w but I beileve that the evga would be a better choce.

Supports "quad"? Huh?

If you aren't going SLI, there isn't any point to spending ~$250 on a motherboard in a $1200 budget.
