I am building a new pc. I haven't really done this before, just replaced hardware here or there. I am looking at getting an Asus P5Gd1-VM Intel Socket 775 motherboard with a P4 540 3.2 ghz processor. I already have 2 Ultra 512mb Ram and a Premium 600 Watt power supply. I am looking at getting a Seagate 200 GB Drive and a nvidia GeForce 5700 LE GPU video card. Does anyone have any thoughts on compatability or any other suggestions? I'm just trying to weed out any possible issues.

you don't need a "premium 600w psu." grab a seasonic 300w or 350w and it will provide more than enough juice for your system.
