Building a new pc with Asrock extreme 4

So after turning the computer on the first time and installing Windows, what should I do? Should I install the software that came with the motherboard? Install newer software and utilities from the Asrock site? Update the mobo BIOS?

Not update or install any of the Asrock stuff?

From UEFi (bios), use update utility to update the bios.
Download latest drivers\utilities from Asrock unless its intel specific, then just grab it from intel site. Same goes for lucid stuff.
