Building a New Home - What automation/distributed audio/video do you have??

My advice for building a new home is:
Cat5e or Cat6 EVERYWHERE. 6 cables per drop. Phone, HVAC, distributed media, computer networks, security, etc, all can be run over it.

Holy crap, so many cool ideas on that site. I'll be renovating a late 1800's home soon and it will be nice to give it a touch of the modern 🙂 Great link 🙂
