Can anyone recommend any parts please? Budget is around $950 to $1100

Will need a monitor too but it doesn't have to included in my budget cost. Plus need to know what case and cpu cooler I should get thanks.

Think I want to go Nvidia with video card at least a GTX 760 so I can run Watchdogs on at least medium.

Why wouldn't monitor be included in budget? If you need one.. Then it's money you'll be spending...
