Building a new Core Duo machine for $1200

So I've got a list of what I want for my new computer priced at around $1200. I've been trolling boards all day reading opinions and researching, so I hope that I've made some decent choices. I don't plan on overclocking anything more than a teeny bit.

case - COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 ($65)
mobo - Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 ($150)
processor - intel Duo E6600 ($345)
ram - OCZ 2GB DDR2 800mhz PC2 6400 ($134)
video - GeForce 7900 GT (not sure on brand yet) (~$270)
hd - Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB ($80)
dvd - CDR/DVD - NEC 16x DVD Burner ND-3550A ($31)
psu - ENERMAX 535W ($82)

TOTAL - $1146

Do I need anything besides included cooling? I'm dying for an excuse to try out this new liquid cooling recommended at Tom's...can't find it now, it's a fairly cheap, really efficient little guy.

Thanks!

EDIT: There are the prices. If people need sources, that'll take me a bit.
EDIT: Seagate is now a .10. My orig was .7, believe it or not!

HD - Segate 7200.10 320GB, regardless if you need the space or not, it's worth the upgrade.

Could you list prices for those parts?
