Will this set up work? are there any components that I can't use with it, is there a substitute?

I dont want to spend anymore unless I really have to.

What is this computer for?? Off the bat I can say you do not need a 1000w psu. A corsair 550 will do you just fine. Also you may want to use that saved money and go with 3x2gb of the triple channel ddr3. And do you really need a full tower? I have a mid and its plenty of room. Unless in the future you plan on adding 5+ Hd's than its my personal opinion you dont need a full tower. the Antec 900 is a great case, thats what I have, but I have also heard good things about the HAF as well.

Drop down to a mid tower (like the Antec 300/900) and a quality 550-600W PSU. Then put the extra money into a bigger HDD...you can never have too much space.

I'm wanting the full tower just for the cooling purposes, and the power supply for further building, as for the mid tower I would get it but I could also get the one I have there for the same price.

I want this to be a gaming computer, on a kinda budget, i'm going to be buying each piece every paycheck.

My main concern since this is my first build is to make sure that all the components will work together?
