I think it looks good. I have a similar set-up, and it works very well. The Hauppauge card and MCE 2005 are working great. One small suggestion to save a few bucks, maybe: PCAlchemy (www.pcalchemy.com) has a bundle for MCE 2005, the Hauppauge 150 MCE, the MCE remote, and the NVidia decoders for like 219$ (that's where I got mine). Here's the link: http://www.pcalchemy.com/index.php/cPat...sCsid=29a4757634eb3f6af1953d17c0eba75f

If you just want the card, MCE 2005, and the decoders, it's like 200$. Either way, it will save you money. NVidia's decoders have been working very well for me though.

EDIT: I just noticed that ZipZoomFly bundle has the remote included. The PCAlchemy bundle still has the NVidia decoder though, but that's only like 20$ separately, I believe. Can still save you a couple bucks!

#1. Do you plan on OCing at all. If so dont get Value RAM. At stock speeds there is no reason not to get Value RAM, but you have OCing hardware there, there is no reason, unless you aren't OCing, to not get some nice RAM.

2. Why are you getting a non-SLI card with an SLI motherboard, especially when the 6800GT is faster and roughly the same price?

3. What are you getting the media center version of the TV-Capture card. Get the regular version and Windows XP Pro, no reason to get MCE.
