Building a new computer and selling mine!

I am currently building a new computer and wasn't sure what to buy. Money isn't an issue, although i would like like to stay under $4000 if i could. If not then thats fine. I know i want dual video cards and water cooling, what processor and motherboard and sound card, etc should i buy?
 
Yea i just built it but i want something that has PCI-E and i want dual video cards. I'm trying to look for PCI-E motherboards but can't find them. Where can i look, i've tried newegg and tigerdirect.

None are out quite yet if you have an AMD, last I checked, but NF4 is coming right around the corner. If you've already built yourself a nice rig, though, there is really no need to build anew so soon. Pocket the $4000 (that is quite a lot for even a high-end machine now--you can build a screamer for $1500-$2000, see jpeyton's thread at the top of this forum for ideas) for now, if that's the case.
 
Can someone help me decide on what to get? I want to order this stuff tonight or at the latest, tomorrow. I have the urge and want to build build build.
