Building a machine for my lab

Hiya, looking for some advice. I'm currently researching parts to build a few new machines for the laboratory I work for...I haven't been keeping up to date with things since AMD released their dual core versions.

Anyway, I'm trying to choose a solid motherboard that isn't expensive. I won't be overclocking and some nice features are onboard video, onboard audio, onboard LAN, and RAID capability. I'm currently debating between the ASRock Conroe945G-DVI and the Foxconn P9657AA-8KS2H (though the Foxconn doesn't appear to have onboard video).

Anyone have any opinions or suggestions? If I do go with the Foxconn, what would be a reliable video card to run with it? Not looking for anything remotely fancy...all we do is generate graphical data.
