Building a high end pc to use as a gaming machine, and as a tv machine

Ok. I know hardware pretty good. One thing i dont know is what a really easy tv card would be and which software to use with it. I dont want alot of configurations etc as this wont be running linux. Here is the specs, throw me your suggestions

Dell 3007 WFP
Evga 8800 GTX
2 Gigs Corsair DDR2
Motherboard unknown yet...
Socket AM2 4200 65 watter
2 x 250 gig sata hdds


I need a tv card to go with this. Also, would prefer suggestions on a decently inexpensive case that looks good to use in a room with minimal lighting coming off the case. I was thinking shuttle, but this guy wants wireless n, so i have to get a pci card to run that... i think.

Let me know what you guys think. Thanks! OH, and what OS should I use MCE or XP pro? I dont want to put vista on it yet...
 
Im not exactly sure. I want it to tune hd and regular. I would think it would do both, but i may be wrong. I want it to be an all in one box...

Also, a suggestion of a motherboard would be good too since this am2 chip is a bit different than 939. Also, with me hookin up a 8800 gtx, im gonna need some ideas on what to put it on.
