Here's what that thermocouple thing is for. Going to maybe have two dedicated to the exhaust fan so I can rig it to kill power to anything making heat if they get too high. If I'm feeling fancy, maybe I can rig it to drop the door too with some actuators.

Did you calibrate the sensors?
A very basic calibration of 1 and 2. I made wire 1 longer, so there's more resistance, so it's a little wonky. I'm applying a basic multiplier to it for now. Once I get this thing installed how I want it, I'll calibrate a couple of them around key temperatures I expect to use. I've got an IR thermometer and a professional wired one for anything delicate.

Hah. Let's hope not. Surely I'm on some sort of list though.

I'm just a workaholic and get restless really easily. I need a lot of projects, and this is something I can't really take to work with me. I've spent too long having my free time mirror my work time. I'm not great at just relaxing and doing nothing. Drives the GF insane, but she humors me.
